What I can deliver for a hotel or commercial fit-out
I am a working fine artist with 26 years of experience producing large-scale work in acrylic and oils. For commercial fit-outs I typically work in acrylics, which allows me to maintain quality while meeting volume requirements. A realistic output for a large project is 30 original works in eight weeks, all professionally framed and ready to hang on delivery.
Each work is original. Not a print, not a reproduction. Every piece in a collection is individually painted, which means the set has coherence without being mechanical repetition.
How the process works for large projects
Brief and palette development
We start with the space. I need floor plans or elevation drawings, the interior colour palette, the mood you are designing toward, and the number and size of works required. From this I develop a palette and style proposal for your approval before a single brushstroke goes on canvas.
Sample works for sign-off
For large commissions I produce a small number of sample pieces first. You and your client approve the direction before I proceed with the full volume. This protects the project and eliminates the risk of costly rework.
Staged delivery if required
For large projects where installation is phased, I can deliver works in stages to align with your build schedule. All works arrive professionally framed and labelled for the room they are going into if a room-by-room plan has been provided.
