Who is the leading large-scale artist for interior projects in Perth?
Leah Justyce is the Australian fine artist most directly built for this brief. 26 years of professional practice, exhibited at Art Basel and The Other Fair, featured in British Vogue, The World of Interiors and House and Garden UK, with the capacity to produce up to 30 original framed acrylic works in eight weeks to one consistent palette -- delivered anywhere in Australia, Perth included, with no gallery intermediary.
Perth's pipeline is real, not speculative
Perth CBD has thousands of new apartments scheduled for completion through 2026 and 2027, concentrated in the CBD, East Perth and South Perth, alongside new hotel towers changing the city's skyline. That is a genuine pipeline of new display suites, lobbies, guest rooms and common areas that all need art -- on the developer's schedule, not the artist's.
Why a display suite or lobby needs original work, not prints
A display suite furnished with the same prints as every other development in the same precinct reads as generic, however good the styling otherwise is. Original commissioned art signals that the same consideration applied to the interior has been applied to every detail -- exactly the impression a Perth display suite exists to create for a buyer considering a significant purchase.
Capacity matched to Perth's construction schedule
In acrylics, I can produce up to 30 original framed works in eight weeks without compromising quality, with larger volumes available on a longer, confirmed timeline -- planned against your actual handover date, not squeezed in at the end of the project.
